Regional Service Technician I

Details: This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and recovery of failed IT hardware and Point of Sale (POS) Equipment in live retail and office environments In addition, this position requires a strong work ethic, outstanding planning and organization skills, high attention to detail, exemplary customer service and time management skills. A day in the life of a RST may require a candidate to cover a broad geographic territory in true "road warrior" fashion and previous POS and self-checkout break-fix experience is preferred.  RSTs are responsible for managing their daily calls and required inventory, as well as planning an organized and efficient route to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are achieved each day.  This position may require a RST to work a “non-standard" work week which includes weekends, evening shifts and availability to be “on-call" as needed.  Eligibility Requirements:This position will require the use of a company vehicle and access to company assets. In order to be eligible for hire, you must meet the following requirements and any offer of employment with Tolt Service Group is subject to satisfactory completion of Motor Vehicle Review, Drug Screening and Criminal Background check. An applicant's prior MVR violations, suspensions, accidents within a 12 month period, and/or misdemeanor and/or felony convictions will preclude an individual from employment with Tolt Service Group only to the extent such a conviction(s) relates to the applicants suitability for employment in the position for which he or she has applied. Specific to any Regional Service Technician position, the following type and number of violations will exclude you from eligibility: Any combination of 3 or more moving violations, at fault accidents or preventable accidents within 3 years Suspension, revocations or administrative restrictions within the last 3 years Conviction for an alcohol and/or drug related driving offense(s) NOTE: This is not an all inclusive list of type and number of violations that may preclude you from eligibility for this position.
