Details: International Nutritional Sales Manager Central NJOur Client is a Nutritional Product company that brings together nutrition with convenience with nutritional supplements for people leading a busy, active lifestyle. The International Sales Manager will work with the VP Sales and Senior Management Team to plan, direct and coordinate the development and execution of sales and merchandising programs to international food stores, international distributors and other international independent retailers. This position will also develop and solidify relationships with customers, vendors and broker partners. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day sales operations and drive accountability of the international sales team made up of approximately 15 independent distributors. Responsible for education, training, and development of that distributor network.. Manage a "dual-distribution" model of sales direct to stores and also through traditional distributors found in major shopping centers and malls. Develop and execute sales plans and programs to ensure the sales and profit growth meets or exceed budgeted goals. Leverage relationships with key accounts in order to gain market share and brand positioning. Establish effective coordination and communication of sales information/activities internally to the sales team, and externally to all customers and vendors. Oversee analysis and distribution of key acct sales data to drive sales/marketing initiatives. Conduct key account presentations for new and existing business. Develop and support targeted regional promotional/merchandising programs and lead regional sales meetings. Coordinate national promotional planner for distributors and key accounts. Participate in regional and national trade events and represent the company through public speaking. Lead the development of new business sales initiatives.
