Details: Regional Sales Manager – Supermarkets & Processors The Company Our client, a leader in plastic packaging for the food service industry, is seeking an experienced Sales professional to lead account development and sales initiatives with assigned customers in the supermarket and food processor industry. This person can maintain a home office and be located in Southwest. The Opportunity The Regional Sales Manager will build relationships and ensure attainment of the company’s long term goals and objectives relative to sales growth and new product introductions. This individual will be charged building senior level customer relationships and facilitating a close collaboration with regionally based supermarkets and food processors. Essential Job Functions Achieve revenue growth and profitability goals for the assigned customers Manage the sales, customer support and service issues for assigned customers Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying and implementing initiatives to add value for the assigned customers Develop proposals and drive customer specific custom product initiatives Develop new business via identifying and developing new customers in the geography Provide accurate forecasts for volumes and revenue
