Our Information Technology Department is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Technician to join their dynamic group.The Part Time IT Customer Service Technician is the first level responder to AWG customers who contact the IT Customer Service Center. They perform basic customer service tasks by resolving common technical problems. For more complicated problems, they escalate to the appropriate technicians. Providing an accurate description of problems and resolutions in AWG's ITSM tool is essential for this role.Gaining valuable experience with a broad scope of technologies, and working with experienced IT technicians make this an ideal opportunity for a college student working toward a degree in an IT discipline. Work schedules can be adjusted to fit school schedules, although weekend and holiday shift coverage will be expected.
