Duties will include conducting internal and external investigations, oversight of all loss prevention related vendors including quality assurance verification of work performed to ensure compliance with company standards, scheduling and supervision of Loss Prevention agents and evaluating and making recommendations to the Division LPM on security and loss prevention equipment requirements for stores within their district. Additional duties include performance of loss prevention / security consults, interaction with law enforcement to protect company interests and coordination with other Department support staff (Human Resources, Merchandising, Facilities, Operations, etc.) to develop and maintain a partnership to support the stores within their district in the execution of company loss prevention strategy Essential Job Functions: Conduct internal and external investigations. Oversee contract guard service and supervision of Loss Prevention specialists. Coordinate with loss prevention vendors to ensure capital expenditures and repairs are delivered and installed to company specifications. Ensure the implementation of all division and corporate related loss prevention related programs. Maintain working relationships and represent the company’s interest with local, state and federal law enforcement. Testify in a variety of hearings and court actions. Conduct store consults. Conduct LP training for store personnel and management. Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.
